Water heating eco-cute Unimo WW

High-efficiency heat pump that simultaneously supplies warm and cold water.

◆Overview This heat pump using natural refrigerant CO₂ supplies both hot and cold water simultaneously. The maximum hot water supply temperature is 90°C, and it is also compatible with chiller water or brine cooling. It is possible to effectively utilize unused heat (such as warm wastewater and cooling water). Since temperature control for the cold water outlet is also selectable, it can be used for updating existing chillers. ◆Reasons for Selection Combines the functions of a boiler and a chiller in one unit. By supplying hot water and chiller water simultaneously, it enables highly efficient operation, making it ideal for reducing energy consumption. Its compact size allows for installation both indoors and outdoors. For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Hot topic eco equipment! Heat pumps for combating global warming.

If you're looking for environmentally friendly clean energy, heat pumps are the way to go.

A heat pump is a technology that gathers thermal energy from sources such as the air with low power consumption to generate and utilize a large amount of thermal energy. It is an energy-saving technology used in everyday appliances like air conditioners, refrigerators, and more recently, vending machines. By using a heat pump, it is possible to obtain more thermal energy than the electrical energy consumed, allowing for effective use of valuable energy. Additionally, it can significantly reduce CO2 emissions, contributing to the preservation of the global environment.

Case Study 2 on Waste Heat Recovery and Energy Saving (Pharmaceutical Factory)

Recover heat from cold water using a heat pump to produce hot water! Simultaneously achieve energy savings for both cold and hot water.

This is a case study on the introduction of waste heat recovery and energy saving in a pharmaceutical factory. Pharmaceuticals are manufactured in a clean room. The air conditioning system maintains a constant temperature and humidity by dehumidifying with cold water and then reheating with hot water. As a result, a significant amount of energy is consumed in the production of cold and hot water. By using a heat pump to recover heat from cold water and produce hot water, simultaneous energy savings for both cold and hot water are achieved. *For more details about the case study, please refer to the related links. Heat pump

We will utilize the untapped energy of air and water to improve energy efficiency!

A "heat pump" is a device that transfers heat from a lower temperature to a higher temperature, utilizing technology to recover unused energy from air or water. Since heat pumps can utilize unused energy, they are more energy-efficient compared to steam or electric heaters. Our company offers numerous proposals and implementations of heat pumps. We can examine the balance of cold and hot thermal energy, which is a challenge when considering heat pumps, as well as the effects of their implementation. [Technical Column] Issue 17: Frost Issues with Outdoor Units in Heat Pumps

The window glass has fogged up, creating a very dangerous situation! Various measures are being considered.

In this column, we will discuss the issue of frost when using heat pumps for vehicle heating. As explained in the 16th column, heat pumps extract heat from the air, and the total of the extracted heat and the compression energy from the compressor is used as a heating source. When the outside air temperature is low, refrigerant at temperatures below minus 10°C passes through the outdoor unit, cooling the air with that refrigerant, which causes condensation and the condensation water to freeze. Over time, this will block the entire surface of the outdoor heat exchanger, resulting in no airflow and preventing heat exchange. In short, the heat pump will stop functioning. *For more details on the column, please refer to the related links. For further inquiries, feel free to contact us.
